Sandra initially came back to study Maths and English GCSEs at The College. She is now the Managing Director of Equidiet (UK) Ltd.
She explained, “It was really scary to return to college as a mature student to complete my GSCE’s. I set my goal to achieve 3 GCSE’s, 3 A levels and a degree in 5 years – which I achieved in 2013.
“I enjoyed being with like minded mature students who were prepared to better themselves in order to further their career prospects.”
Sandra told us, “My course enabled me to I gain the qualifications that I required to move to the Access to HE course in order to fulfil my goals. I really enjoyed it as it challenged me to dig deep and remember what I had been taught at school 25 years earlier.”
