Andrew has completed his CIPD level 3 and is currently studying level 5 at Lincoln College.
“I would describe college as a welcoming and friendly learning environment, the teaching staff are open and you feel they want the best for you” he said.
It’s also helped Andrew with his career, Andrew went on to say, “my time at college has really helped me further understand my chosen area, it has helped me improve me work in general and I have a greater understanding of what I’m doing.”
